Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your merchandise, simply
return it in its original condition with your receipt,
original packaging and accessories within 45 **days, and
we will gladly repair, replace it or give you a refund.
* The following exceptions apply:
- Computers. computer
equipment, electronics and unopened software must be
returned within 14 days.
- Pre-recorded movies,
music and video games are returnable in unopened, factory
sealed packaging. If defective, it will be exchanges for
an identical item.
- The guarantee does not
apply to pagers, rifles, shotguns, handguns, ammunition,
mixed paint.
- Items associated with the
transmission of disease, such as, underclothing, bathing
suits, hosiery, athletic supporters, electric razors and
pierced earrings that have been in direct contact with the
surface of the skin or body orifice will not be accepted
for return or exchange unless they are still in an
unopened package.
- Diamond jewelry is
subject to appraisal before a refund or exchange may be
given.
- "As Is" or clearance
items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
- Should a patron be unable
to produce a proof of purchase receipt, management may
authorize an exchange. In these cases, if the item being
exchanged has been on sale during the last 0 days, the
sale price will be used to calculate the exchange rate.
